Single Family Home maintenance requires regular checks-ins and additional communication with tenants to insure that they are treating your property like an owner would. BDM provides a suite of services including air conditioner filter delivery, appliance servicing, deferred maintenance reviews and storm preparation to ensure that your property is well maintained.
