Single Family Home maintenance requires regular checks-ins and additional communication with tenants to insure that they are treating your property like an owner would. BDM provides a suite of services including air conditioner filter delivery, appliance servicing, deferred maintenance reviews and storm preparation to ensure that your property is well maintained.
Using our suite of vendors, you can not only ensure that your property is well maintained, but you can increase revenue while doing so by requiring that your tenant participate in particular program through BDM and pay you for those services.
